   Head Round, sometimes rectangular shape; homogenous skull with hairline receding to the back of the head and sparse growth of hair; deep, tear-shaped eye sockets in the upper part of the roundish face that include the two humanoid eyes; below the eye sockets are one, sometimes two characteristic, jagged wrinkles that resemble those of the Zakdorns; the eye brows are long-haired; narrow, humanoid nose in the middle part and mouth with thin upper lip and thick bottom lip in the lower part of the face; two humanoid ears on both sides of the head; neck is attached to a very receding chin

Description
Although in general, the Pakleds are regarded as a good-natured, albeit coarse species that intends no harm, the moral and ethic values of this people of traders and collectors of garbage differ considerably, leading to some tensions with other species. With respect to the realization of their goals, the Pakleds can  almost be called unscrupulous, since deeds that are illegal and criminal in other cultures are legitimate behaviors. However, this isn't due to an inherent maliciousness, but a social development that is retarded in contrast to the technical progress. Quite similiar to the Ferengi, the Pakleds, that are remarkable for their plump build, a characteristic wrinkled face and sparse hair on the head, owe their technological development nearly entirely the trade with other species and not own scientific research. The latter species, however, does not shy away from the theft of technology of other cultures. Thus, according to their primitive language, the primary goal of the Pakleds apparently is to "collect things that bring us forward", i.e. the forced technical progress. It is true that nearly nothing is known about the inner physiology of the Pakleds, nobody has ever seen a Pakled woman and their social structure remains a secret. Nonetheless, with regard to their low mental and cognitive capabilities it verges on the miraculous that the Pakleds have proceeded so far and belong to the space travelling species for several decades.
