Description
Like the Ellora, the Tarlac are regarded as a technologically primitive species that was subjugated by the far more powerful and advanced Son'a and integrated in their culture as working class in 2275. While the first species is remarkable for their dinosaur-like appearance, the Tarlac are characterized as lion-like due to their pronounced facial bones, the cranial bulges in the region of the forehead, the wild, disheveled hair, that is artisticly plaited only with the feminine servants, and not least because of the muscular, tall bodies of the Tarlac, that are the servants and soldiers of the Son'a since their enslavement.
